The most common roof in the Lower Mainland, installed and repaired properly by our own crew.

Asphalt shingles are the most popular roofing material on homes across North Vancouver and Metro Vancouver, and for good reason. They're cost-effective, come in a wide range of colours and styles, and perform well when they're installed properly.
Installation is what makes the difference. The underlayment, starter strips, flashing, nailing and ventilation under the shingles decide how long the roof actually lasts. Our in-house crew handles all of it.
Full tear-off and installation of a new shingle roof system.

Pros: lower upfront cost than metal or cedar, quick to install, easy to repair, and lots of style options, including architectural shingles that add depth and texture.
Cons: a shorter lifespan than metal, typically about 15 to 25 years here, and in shady, damp spots they can collect moss, which shortens their life if left alone.
For most homes, a quality architectural shingle roof is the best balance of cost and performance. If you want the longest-lasting option, ask us about metal roofing.
Typically about 15 to 25 years. Shade, moss, poor attic ventilation and skipped maintenance can shorten that, which is why proper installation and ventilation matter.
Localized damage can usually be repaired by replacing the affected shingles. If the whole roof is aging, a full replacement is usually better value than patching sections. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense.
We do full tear-offs, so we can check the decking and install the new roof properly. Covering an old roof can hide problems and shorten the new roof's life.
We match as closely as possible. Older shingles fade over time, so a repaired patch may look slightly different at first.
